A friend once said “I wait for your pages every morning as if they were the weather.”

Here you will find some sort of love letter to our daily living. Poetry and prose on life, motherhood, and filmmaking, A grappling with changes in identity and aging, an honoring of the days. A hymn to daily life - what a gift it is, what a pain. I’m so glad to have you here.

I would also like to begin building a community around the greeting of the morning. When I can get it together, I hope to offer some sort of practice or morning zoom to paid subsribers to log on and write together, say a little sigh and go through our days more in-tune with it’s poetics. It has been harder recently given everything.
